Creating the UI and UX of the product modules
I created some of the modules as well as redesigned some of them for this healthcare web portal to improve the user experience and increase sales. Through user research and careful design choices, the new website got approved by various stakeholders and client.

UI/UX enhancement of Sales Prospecting Process
I was working under the Product Manager of Prospector (a product of LeadIQ) and understood the design requirement in product enhancement. I worked to improve Prospector in terms of interface as well as it’s user experience.In visual design, I followed the design system created by the Sr. Product designer and applied it across all the screens

I was working under the Senior Designer to understand the UCaaS App and contribute in it’s value addition. I performed DQA on Android App and collaborated with the dev team to improve the app accordingly. In visual design, I followed the existing design system and created UI and screen flows for “Calling” and “Messaging” modules.
